Return and Refund Policy
1. Product Returns
We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted dresses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Reverse shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
Our Return and Refund Policy allows orders to be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. As our pieces are often made to order, cancellations requested after 24 hours may incur a processing fee. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team at radhabhakti0008@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
