Our Shipping Policy ensures that your Radha Bhakti pieces are delivered with the utmost care. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Domestic shipping within India usually takes 5–7 business days, while international shipping can take 10–15 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Standard domestic shipping is free for orders over ₹5,000. For all other orders, shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
3. Shipping Policy for Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier’s website to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
4. Customs & Duties
For international orders, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Radha Bhakti has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
